At Dreame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home technology. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dreame account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
